By configuring TracCloud with a Mail Server, you gain the ability to send automated and manual emails. This would include Confirmation and Reminders for appointments, SAGE referral notices, Notifications, and much more.
Importing student data into your Trac System is an essential step in the setup process for a new TracCloud instance. This typically includes student data and enrollment data, but can be expanded to include Section Schedule data and more.
Export data from your Trac System for expanded reporting for the purpose of synchronizing your data across different platforms.
By setting up a single sign-on service with TracCloud, you give your students, faculty, and staff the ability to login with their campus credentials rather than separately managed local accounts.
Barcode scanners (or swipe systems in general) can be used to speed up the login process for students on kiosks, requiring that they simply scan their card rather than manually type in their ID.
Use your own domain name to connect to your TracCloud instance (e.g., trac.school.edu instead of traccloud.go-redrock.com/school). This is optional.
