Faculty Emails

Contacting instructors/faculty for past, current, and even futures terms has never been easier. TracCloud features an option built into the students listing that allows for Admins to email a student’s instructors. A single student's instructor can be contacted for a single course or for all courses the student is currently enrolled in. There is an option to contact multiple instructors of multiple students for a single course or term. Additionally, instructors can be contacted over multiple terms and for multiple courses for the student. In this newsletter we will discuss each option that is available step by step.

The first thing you will need decide is which student or students you want to send an email for and what term and sections do you want to target. For more information on searching for students, click here, for more information on creating student lists, click here.

From the Student Listing Click the hamburger icon and select "Send Email to Faculty."

Once the email has been sent a copy will be stored in the student's timeline so that you may review the contents at a later time. Clicking on the email will also display the email contents and the to/from addresses.
