SurveyTrac

Have you heard about the SurveyTrac module for TracCloud? SurveyTrac allows you to get feedback from your students, faculty, and consultants regarding recent visits. You can also manually send batch surveys to a list of students at any time. You can ask an unlimited number of questions, format your survey exactly how you need it, and even customize the emails that link to your survey.

The most common type of survey is a post-visit questionnaire to ask the student how their session went. Let’s go over what the recipient side of things would look like for a survey like this.

First, the student logs in and out for their visit as usual. The logout action is what prompts an “Email after Visit” survey to be sent.

Second, the student receives an email with a link to their survey, or they can access this survey from their student dashboard within TracCloud. Clicking on the link will take them to the survey entry page.

Third, the student fills out the survey and submits their responses.

After the survey response has been submitted, a staff member can be notified automatically, and all responses can be reviewed and reported on at any time from the Survey Responses Listing or by running a survey report. Responses can also be exported to a CSV file, and you can even resend unanswered surveys individually or in bulk.
