The Consultant Session Summary message MUST be formatted correctly or it will not be sent in the nightly emails. The correct formatting of the message includes an Introduction, Message Body, and Closing. The three elements of this message are separated by a combination of the Less Than Greater Than symbols (<>). You may still enter message tags (ex. #name#) to populate the message with information about the Consultant, Student, and Appointment.
The Email setup preferences in your Center Profile will provide you with a warning if your Consultant Session Summary is not set up correctly.
Here is an example of a correctly formatted Consultant Session Summary:
Dear #tfirst#,
You have the following appointments scheduled for #apptfulldate#.
<>
#appttime#, #first# #last#, #phone#, #email#
#subject#, #reason#
<>
Please be sure to enter your evaluation notes following each session. If the student will need to schedule another appointment, please refer them to the front desk after your session.
Thank you, Student Support Services
The message has 3 clearly identified sections that are separated by the Less Than Greater Than symbols.
When your Consultant Session Summary is formatted correctly, your Consultants will receive nightly emails listing their upcoming appointment schedule.
