The Appointments/Students by report shows a listing of the appointments by “Group Appointment By” and “Group 2” For each group selected, the dates and times are listed as well as status, student, and subject. The report can be regenerated for a specific center, an individual student, group of students, an individual tutor, or for different date and time ranges.
GENERATE THE REPORT
To generate the Appointments/Students by ??, click on Reports from the TutorTrac Main Menu. On the Reports Chooser, select Scheduling from the pull down list of available categories. After selecting Scheduling, choose Appointments/Students by ??. Enter a date range for the time period to review in the report. Then click on the Generate Report button.
