TracCloud: Staff Staff Scheduling

This feature allows for staff to book appointments with consultants in TracCloud. Once enabled, a new option will be made available when booking appointments from the staff schedule, pictured below. Entering a query and clicking {{#user-tie}} will search staff accounts as opposed to students. You can then click the staff member from the list and book the appointment for them as if they were a student. In the background, TracCloud will create a student record for this person with the Other Status "Staff." This account will be kept active for as long as their staff account is active.
On the Student/Consultant's schedule, their appointment will be visible and act like a reserve block to prevent conflicting appointments from being booked with them.
Here is an example of the generated student record. The username will match the related staff account, and the "Staff" other status will prevent the account from being deactivated by the daily import process.
On the staff member's dashboard, they will also see their student appointments alongside their consultant appointments in the upcoming appointments widget.
