TracCloud features and changes from September 2026
A new schedule report, improved OAuth support, hybrid workshops, and more in TracCloud for the month of September 2026.
New! Reports
Appointments/Availabilities Utilization Summary Report
- The new Appointments/Availabilities Utilization Summary report will show you the number of availabilities for each of your consultants, along with how many were booked, missed, or canceled. A percentage will be shown for each status group. A chart can optionally be added to highlight overall attendance rates.
Other Report Changes
- You can now filter by course list in the Logins by Hour by Day of Week report.
- You can now filter by course list in the Attendance by Hour report.
- An option to count stacked availabilities as duplicates has been added to the Appointments/Visits Utilization report.
- You can now search for a date range when filtering reports by date custom fields.
Additional Changes
- OAuth support for Gmail has been implemented.
- Calendar invites now work when using OAuth with O365 (must re-authorize TracCloud with new settings).
- Workshops can now be set to a hybrid modality, allowing both online and in-person enrollments.
- Search availability widgets configured for Appointment Invites can now be hidden only from students on the dashboard.
- The appointment status field in reserve blocks now offers a drop-down menu to choose default statuses from.
- The instructions field in staff confirm bio now supports Twig.
