A new trend report, listing improvements, new ways to filter reports, and more in TracCloud for the month of August 2026.
New! Reports
Trends Report
- The new Trends report allows you to generate charts to identify trends in your data, such as visits by center over time, or a breakdown of referrals by subject. There are numerous presets you can choose from or you can select your own criteria. Alerts can optionally be created to automatically notify a recipient when a condition is met in the data, such as if the number of visits per day is trending up or down. Other Report Changes
- Additional fields in most reports can now be re-ordered by clicking and dragging them.
- 'Group by' options added to Appointments/Visits Utilization report.
- 'Has Document' additional field added to SAGE Referrals by ?? report.
- You can now group by Student Other Status in Visits by ??
- 'Use Current List of Staff Records' additional search option added to Consultant Certifications, Consultant Specialties, Consultant Additional Detail Listing, Payroll, and User Detail reports.
Additional Changes
- Response.Link twig tag is now available in the Notify Results Email in SurveyTrac to provide a link straight to the survey result in TracCloud.
- Completed actions in SAGE now automatically add the name of the logged in user (can still be overwritten).
- You can now search by hired date on the Staff Listing.
- You can now search by street address on the Student Listing.
- Q2 Visits are highlighted green when the 'Okay' button is clicked during table visit start. This is to confirm the current table visit status is saved to the center visit for visibility on log listing, if the log listing is configured to show this information.
