Students

Initial Visit

This report will provide students' first visits in the time range specified. For example, if Sam Smith had a visit on Oct. 3rd, 5th, and 8th, and you run this report on that month, only their visit on the 3rd will be displayed and counted in totals.

  • Show Totals Bar Chart will display a graph that visually conveys which center has the most student visits within your report criteria.
  • Show Summary Report will only provide totals for each center, hiding information on the individual student visits for brevity.



CSV Export
CSV Raw Data is also available to provide the visit information without groupings/totals.
