Resource Inventory

This report shows resource types and how many items are available per sub-type of their resources. For example, you may have a resource type "Tablets," with some items of that type set to a sub-type of "iPad" and others "Surface." This report could then display your current inventory of iPads and Surfaces, including total stock of each, how many are checked out, and if tracking is enabled for email alerts.



  • Show Totals Bar Chart
Adds a visual bar chart of totals to your report data.


  • Show Email Address for Inventory Alerts
Includes the email address that would be notified on low/high inventory for each resource type.

  • Resource Type, Sub-Type, Resource Title, Barcode, Keywords
Filter results by any of these fields.


  • Output format
Use HTML to view report data in your browser, or export this report to a CSV file (available for most reports). Some reports offer additional CSV options depending on if you want to include totals and/or data grouping in your export.


  • Deliver to
Display this report immediately in your browser ("Screen"), or send the report to a specified email address ("Email"). Multiple email addresses can be specified, use ; to separate them (example@example.edu;sample@example.edu).
