Student Visit/Appointment Export
Do you need an export of all visits in TracCloud? Or have your IT requested an extract? No need to worry, TracCloud has you covered! TracCloud has a built-in export process that allows you to control what data is exported, when the file is exported and the frequency in which the export takes place. TracCloud will always keep your visit and appointment data secure and this process is no different. All exports are sent to our SFTP server that your IT are already using to upload import files. This export option can be found in Other > Other Options > Visits/Appointments Export.
Setup is easy.
- Date to Export: Choose which records you would like exported.
- Number of Days to Export: Choose how far back from the date of export should the system pull visit/appointment data.
- Additional Fields to Export: Add more information as additional columns in the export.
- Enable Automation: Set up an automated process with the frequency options of Daily, Weekly, Every 2 Weeks, Every 3 Weeks, Monthly or a specific date of the year.
- Export Now: Will immediately generate and save an export file to the SFTP server.
