Export Student List to CSV

Have you ever wanted to copy a list of student records to a spreadsheet from TracCloud? If so, TracCloud makes this process as simple as possible. Start by going to your Student Listing by clicking on “Students” at the top of your dashboard (this phrasing can change based on your system preferences).

From the students listing, search for your selection of students (or list all), then click the hamburger menu in the top-left. One of the options in that list is “Export CSV.” Clicking this will immediately download your current list of students to a CSV file, which you can open in Excel, LibreOffice, etc.

Now that you have your data in a CSV file, you can create custom charts, copy email addresses or phone numbers, and more.

This can further be combined with Custom Views to export the specific columns of student information that you’re looking for. More information on configuring Custom Views can be found here.

Other listings such as Registrations also have the Export CSV option available, which operates the same as the Student Listing. This can provide additional flexibility beyond what’s already available in reports. For more information on searching through different Listings pages, click here.
