Email Templates Email templates allow you to configure pre-written emails that can be easily accessed and modified when needed. These could be used for standard messages that would be frequently sent to students. Maybe a Getting Started guide, a Birthday greeting, or the contents of a notification. An Automation folder will exist by default, this is used for Notification emails specifically. To create new Email Template, click on New Template. Templates can also be organized into different folders if preferred.
Additional tags can also be used for different purposes.
Using an Email TemplateOnce you have your email template ready, you can find it within the “Templates” tab when sending emails to students. Select the template you want to use, make any needed adjustments (such as the student’s name in this example), then send the email. |
