To begin, go to Mail Server

Enable <b>Modern Auth</b>, select your provider, enter your tenant ID, then click Save and Configure.

Configuring OAuth in TracCloud

This article will show you how you can enable OAuth for your mail server in TracCloud. This will be expanded with additional information at a later date.

To begin, go to Other > Other Options > Preferences > Mail Settings.

Enable Modern Auth, select your provider, enter your tenant ID, then click Save and Configure.



Enter a valid email address for the mailbox you intend to use, then click 'OK.'



Go to Enterprise apps and select 'TracCloud E-Mail Connection.'



Go to the 'Permissions' menu and click "Grand admin consent for[...]."



Lastly, confirm that your admin consent options match the screenshot below.
