Send Emails to Students The Send Email to Students option from your student listing can help you send a large number of students the same email all at once instead of sending them out one at a time. One way we can filter down results is by using the "Select" tool, to pick and choose which students we want to view for the purpose of sending a batch email. For example, I could start with a search for all students with a class of "Freshman." File:8896863.png Next up, I'll scroll through the list and pick and choose which of those remaining students I want to send this email to with the checkbox on the right-side of the page. Afterwards, I'll click on the Hamburger menu > Selected > Show All Selected. File:6317655.png This will update your current list of students to only those that you have selected. At this point you can send an email by going to the Hamburger menu > Send Email to Students and write up your message. File:6740611.png If you plan on sending another email to a different population of students afterwards, make sure you deselect your current list. Go to Hamburger menu > Selected > Clear Selection.
