Send Emails to StudentsThe Send Email to Students option from your student listing can help you send a large number of students the same email all at once instead of sending them out one at a time. One way we can filter down results is by using the "Select" tool, to pick and choose which students we want to view for the purpose of sending a batch email. For example, I could start with a search for all students with a class of "Freshman." Next up, I'll scroll through the list and pick and choose which of those remaining students I want to send this email to with the checkbox on the right-side of the page. Afterwards, I'll click on the Hamburger menu (File:Hamburger.png) > Selected > Show All Selected. This will update your current list of students to only those that you have selected. At this point you can send an email by going to the Hamburger menu (File:Hamburger.png) > Send Email to Students and write up your message. If you plan on sending another email to a different population of students afterwards, make sure you deselect your current list. Go to Hamburger menu (File:Hamburger.png) > Selected > Clear Selection. More Questions? |
