2022-05-31 | Automatic Alias Formatting TracCloud already had the option to display Consultant Alias (an alternate name in the Consultant record) rather than Full Name to students. This has been expanded to also allow TracCloud to automatically generate aliases for your consultants based on their full name. 'Use Consultant Alias Field' will work as usual, but you can now select other preset options to display instead. Other > Other Options > Preferences > System Preferences > Consultant Alias Format.
