==How to Add a Favorite Report==

To add a specific report in the Favorites Category click on Reports from the TutorTrac Main Menu. On the Reports Chooser, select the report that will be added in the Favorites Category. After selecting the Report, click on the option "Save new favorite with name:" then change the title to identify the report in the Favorites Category. Then click on the Generate Report button to save the Favorite Report.

==How to Edit a Favorite Report==

To edit/update the report in the Favorites Category, click on Reports from the Trac System Main Menu. On the Reports Chooser, select the report in the Favorites Category that will be modifying. Make the required changes, then click on the option "Save over existing favorite with name:." and change the title to identify the report in the Favorites Category. Finally, click on the Generate Report button to save all changes.

==How to Remove a Favorite Report==

To remove the report in the Favorites Category click on Reports from the TutorTrac Main Menu. On the Reports Chooser, select the report in the Favorites Category that will be deleted. After selecting the Report, click on the option Remove to delete the report from the Favorites Category.

There are two steps to automate your reports.

First, you will need to create the Automated Event. Go to Trac Navigation > Trac Man icon > Utilities and Prefs > Auto Reports tab. Next, click on the NEW button, enter the Name, check "is Pending", select the schedule and time, then finally click save.

Step two is to add the report to the auto-event. Open the reports chooser (Trac Nav. > Trac Man > Reports). In the Reports Chooser, select your report from the Favorites category. After selecting the Report, click on the option “Auto Run…” and select the event to link the report to. Next, check the box "Save over existing favorite", and finally, click Generate to save the changes.

==Sending Reports to Email Addresses==

To send a report to your email rather than displaying it on screen, simply change the "Delivery" option to "Email" and add your email address in the box below.

To include multiple email addresses, separate them with a semicolon. For example:
