	Work Plans allow you to track staff (consultant or advisor) progress on a set of tasks or training steps in custom plans, designed for staff development or projects. The core functionality is similar to the [[TracCloudSuccessPlans\|Success Plans module]] for students. Each Work Plan consists of steps that staff must complete – such as completing training sessions, achieving certifications, or fulfilling certain duties. For example, a tutoring center might have a “New Tutor Training Plan” with steps like attending orientation, shadowing a senior tutor, and passing a skills test. TracCloud can chain Work Plans as well, so after “Level 1 Training” the tutor could automatically get a “Level 2 Development Plan” assigned. Supervisors can monitor these plans to ensure staff are progressing in their professional development or assigned projects.
