Visits

Visits are often the most useful pieces of data your Trac system can collect. This section details how to record visits for students in multiple ways.
Recording visits through: The Log Listing
The Log Listing functions as a digital form of a traditional sign in sheet. Students can be logged in or out and information is displayed on students currently logged in to your center. This section also covers the Log Student Box and the Mini Log List.
Recording Visits Through: Quick Visits
Kiosks limit the functionality of your Trac system to logging in and out so they can be left up unsupervised for students or desk workers to log visits.
Creating a Quick Visit: User Info
Using the Quick Visit Entry you can log a visit after it has taken place.
Recording Visits Through: Batch Visits
The Batch Visit entry functions like the Quick Visit Entry, but for a group of students. This section also covers SI (Supplemental Instruction) Batch Entries.
Creating a Batch Visit: User Info
It is possible to log visits through a portable device like a bar-code scanner and later import that visit data into your Trac system using Batch Scan.
