The Usage Snapshot report is a heavily utilized report that shows the activity of the centers you select.
The Usage Snapshot report lets you choose:
- The dates you want included in the report
- The centers you want reported on
- The specific information you want shown on the report
- View results in pie charts
The report takes each field you've selected and shows the amount of applicable students that visited the center(s) you chose and the amount of total visits.
Below is an example of the Usage Snapshot report.
I have selected to report on all centers for 'last week' (10/3 to 10/9). If you do not select a center all centers will be reported on. I have chosen major, gender, class, Grad/Und from the field list. For each field the amount of students and their visits will be displayed.
