Once you have your list of students, open the report by going to Trac Navigation > Trac Man > Reports > Students Listed > Students List. Add additional fields if needed, then click on the Generate Report button.

This preference contains all semester term numbers in your Trac System. By marking a term as Active, this makes the related courses accessible when searching for appointments, logging in, etc. Inactive term courses won't display throughout most of the Trac System, but the data is still available for batch visits or reports, and can always be reactivated if needed.<br><br>


Terms will be created automatically based on your data import, but you can also manually create terms as well (for cases such as non-enrolled courses). Within each term record, you have the Active/Inactive status, the actual term code (alphanumeric), and the date range. The latter option is primarily used for reporting purposes, as the source for options such as "This Term" in your report date ranges.

Students List

The Student List Report will list students' records, sorted by student name and additional fields if selected. The students are listed with this information organized alphabetically. This report can be found in Trac Navigation > Trac Man > Reports. Change the category to "Students Listed", then select "Students List".

Obtaining a list of Students

By default, this report will run on all students in the Trac System. If you only want to run the report on a specific list of students, go to Trac Navigation > Search Glass > Students. This report will run on this list. To filter/search the student list, check out our Searching for Students Wiki article.


Generating the Report

Once you have your list of students, open the report by going to Trac Navigation > Trac Man > Reports > Students Listed > Students List. Add additional fields if needed, then click on the Generate Report button.
