Usage Snapshot Date Comparison

The Usage Snapshot Comparison report quickly displays Snapshot Field to compare the dates selected. Each field added will display the name of the fields, number of students, total visits, and total hours to compare.


GENERATE THE REPORT


To generate the Usage Snapshot Comparison Report, click on Reports from the TutorTrac Main Menu. On the Reports Chooser, select Other from the pull down list of available categories. After selecting Other, choose Usage Snapshot Comparison. Enter a date range for the time period, Pick a center(s) and Snapshot fields that you would like to review in the report. Then click on the Generate Report button.
