Online Appointment URLs

TracCloud has several utilities to save time when managing staff schedules. One of these features includes saving a consultant’s online meeting invite so that you don’t have to manually enter it every time you create an availability. Instead, you are just two clicks away from having that information entered in for you. The best part is that setting this up for a consultant is quick and easy, just follow the steps below!

To start, navigate to a consultant’s profile, enter their online room link in the “Online Link” field, then save. This link should be a static invite link, as the URL you enter here is expected to be reused across many availabilities.

That is the only prerequisite to access their online link in availabilities. Now whenever you create an availability, you can quickly select the consultant’s invite link making the process of setting up availabilities easier, simpler, and faster. Head over to your schedule and create an online availability, then select the button to select the URL. You will now see the consultant's link in the options, select the link, fill out the rest of the availability data, then save. Students will be directed to this invite when they're ready to join the session.
