Payroll Hours and Cost

The Payroll Hours and Cost calculates tutor hours based upon the tutor logging in and out with an ID. This report lists the hours for each date in the date range and totals them for each tutor. The total hours for the tutor are then multiplied by the tutor’s pay rate in their tutor record.


GENERATE THE REPORT


To generate the Payroll Hours and Cost Report, click on Reports from the TutorTrac Main Menu. On the Reports Chooser, select Payroll from the pull down list of available categories. After selecting Payroll, choose Payroll Hours and Cost. Enter a date range for the time period to review in the report. Then click on the Generate Report button.
