Payroll Summary by Center

The Payroll Summary by Center report shows the work visit breakdown by center with the consultant’s hourly rate, total hours, total costs and ID numbers and name. The login and out process acts as the tutor’s timecard if a work visit reason is chosen, totaling the hours that the tutor was logged in.


GENERATE THE REPORT


To generate the Payroll Summary by Center, click on Reports from the TutorTrac Main Menu. On the Reports Chooser, select Payroll from the pull down list of available categories. After selecting Payroll, choose Payroll Summary by Center. Enter a date range for the time period to review in the report. Then click on the Generate Report button.
