To generate the Consultant/ Center Summary, click on Reports from the TutorTrac Main Menu. On the Reports Chooser, select Students By from the pull down list of available categories. After selecting Students By, choose Consultant/Center Summary. Choose center(s), and then enter a date range for the time period that you would like to review in the report. Choose additional fields then click on the Generate Report button.  
To generate the Appointment List, click on Reports from the TutorTrac Main Menu. On the Reports Chooser, select Scheduling from the pull down list of available categories. After selecting Scheduling, choose Appointment List. Enter a date range for the time period to review in the report. Then click on the Generate Report button.

Appointment List

The Appointment List by displays the students that had an appointment within the date range, center, tutor, the course they worked together and the status of the appointment


GENERATE THE REPORT


To generate the Appointment List, click on Reports from the TutorTrac Main Menu. On the Reports Chooser, select Scheduling from the pull down list of available categories. After selecting Scheduling, choose Appointment List. Enter a date range for the time period to review in the report. Then click on the Generate Report button.
