After selecting Registrations, choose Progress Report & Visit Info by Subject. Then enter a date range for the time period that you would like to review in the report. Then click on the Generate Report button.

Material Usage

The Material Usage Report displays the materials that have been checked out over the assigned date range. First organized by resource type, the resources are listed with their usage over the date range: date/time checked out, date/time returned, student name.


GENERATE THE REPORT


To generate the Material Usage Report, click on Reports from the TutorTrac Main Menu. On the Reports Chooser, select Material/Resources from the pull down list of available categories. After selecting Material/Resources, choose Material Usage Report. Enter a date range for the time period and the Student ID to review in the report. Then click on the Generate Report button.
